Cloncurry

The Cloncurry campus is not only part of the Mount Isa Institute of TAFE, but an external learning centre TAFE Open Learning and other TAFE centres throughout Queensland that offer courses externally.

The Cloncurry campus is committed to training in the North-West region and provides hands on vocational education training (VET) on-campus, off-campus, in the workplace, online and through other flexible delivery methods.

Its training courses are community driven and derived in consultation with members of the public, schools, businesses, community bodies and government agencies.

The campus also provides tutorial support to students undertaking apprenticeships and traineeships.

Facilities


Conference and class-room facilities:
A choice of air-conditioned rooms with a seating capability of 20 are well set up for a variety of purposes, such as seminars, workshops and lectures. Equipment available includes television, video recorder, data projector, electronic whiteboard and overhead projector, with tea facilities nearby.
