Partnerships and industry contacts
Mount Isa Institute of TAFE actively seeks to develop partnering arrangements with other government bodies, enterprises and industries, to share resources and effort to improve economies of scale and devise training programs which are of benefit to the client.
They include:

formal memoranda of understanding and development of programs with local, state and federal government departments, industry, schools and other training organisations

joint arrangements with indigenous groups throughout the region leading to the provision of training and vocation and work access courses, and
-
the Institute offers consultancy services in a variety of vocational training areas and has training consultants specifically focused on training needs analyses and tailoring programs to meet individual enterprise requirements.
